Cancellation of Services: Once an order is placed and payment is made, it is considered final. We begin work on your project immediately, and resources are allocated accordingly. Therefore, cancellation requests will not be accepted, and refunds will not be issued.

Non-Transferable Services: Services purchased from Dotzy Designs are non-transferable. They cannot be exchanged or resold to another party.

Quality Assurance: We are committed to delivering high-quality digital services that meet or exceed your expectations. If you encounter any issues or concerns with our services, please contact us promptly, and we will make every effort to address and resolve them to your satisfaction.

Changes to Services: If you wish to make changes to your project scope or requirements after the commencement of work, additional fees may apply. Any changes must be communicated and agreed upon in writing between you and Dotzy Designs.
