Upon completion of a project and full payment, Dotzy Designs grants clients a non-exclusive license to use the digital artwork for the intended purpose outlined in the project scope. Any additional usage rights must be negotiated separately. b. Dotzy Designs retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, promotional materials, and on our website unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the client.
4. Limitations of Requests Based on Copyrights and Intellectual Property: a. Dotzy Designs will not fulfill requests that involve the unauthorized use of copyrighted material or infringe upon intellectual property rights. b. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights or permissions for any content provided to Dotzy Designs for use in projects.
5. All Rights Reserved: a. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that all rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights, in and to all content and materials provided by Dotzy Designs, are owned by Dotzy Designs or our licensors.
6. Governing Law: a. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America, North Carolina and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mecklenburg.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions: a. Dotzy Designs reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. We encourage you to review these terms periodically for any changes.
